What to Expect From This Blog

Since this is a new blog you are probably trying to figure out how it came to be, what is the point of it, and why does it even exist. Well that my friends is what I am here to share with you.

Ever since I was a little girl I enjoyed spending time in the kitchen. When I got married two years ago this thing that I use to enjoy suddenly became a full blow love. Spending time in the kitchen became relaxing for me, some people like retail therapy, I prefer kitchen therapy. To me there is nothing more soothing and stress-relieving than kneading a big ball of dough that will later become a loaf of freshly baked bread.

In March of 2007 I created a food blog called Amber’s Delectable Delights to share my kitchen accomplishments with the world. I have learned so much, both in the kitchen and about myself, and have met so many new people while writing that blog that I was inspired to create this new blog highlighting culinary product reviews and tips.

You may be asking yourself why I chose product reviews and tips. Well for me it was simple. If I buy a product and really like it I want to share the news with everyone, I want people to know my experiences in case they are in the market for that same product. Also, there are so many neat little tricks that I have learned and came across that I wanted a place to document them not only so I could remember, but also so I could share them with anyone that was interested.

I hope that you will enjoy reading this blog; I know I will enjoy writing it.

I am looking forward to reading about the products that you choose to review. I am always up for new ideas that might make my life a bit easier or for me to enjoy a simple task better if I have a cool product to use. I am all for the tools to make things more fun! This is a great topic for your blog because you are so creative with the other things you do online. I am looking forward to more!

Food is certainly something we can all relate to. I too love to create in the kitchen. It is a great idea to share your experiences with others who share your passion for cooking. You have a great start with your post layed out in short easy to read sections.

I am one for eating more than cooking. Nonetheless, to love eating, one must also love people who cook, and be constantly surrounded by people who love food, too. Thus, is my reason for liking your blog. You have a great thing going here. Keep up the good work!

I really agree with you on the kitchen therapy! I got married a year and a half ago, and was lucky to be able to quit work and pursue all the things I had been missing out on (thanks to my wonderful husband). Before that I was always too tired to do much cooking, but since then I have become crazy about cooking and especially baking. I can't wait to read your product reviews! I rarely buy anything without completely checking it out first to find the best brand, model, price, etc. I also just joined Daring Bakers and I am so looking forward to my first challenge!
